Complementary Interview- Are we a good fit for each other? Initial prenatal visit in your first trimester. If you have OB labs from a previous provider please bring them. If not we can draw blood and send to our lab. 24 hour availability by telephone or e-mail and in person visits. Prenatal visits every 4 weeks until 30 weeks, every two weeks until 36 weeks, an in home visit at 36 weeks, weekly visits from 36 weeks until your birth. These visits are 45-50 minutes long. Complete newborn exam and assessment.

Prenatal Yoga | Trillium Midwifery Care

Clare began practicing yoga in 1987 and teaching in 1996. She believes that yoga is at the heart of a sound mind and body and is excellent preparation for labor and birth. Clare welcomes the participation of pregnant mama’s at any of her yoga classes. Prenatal yoga is offered to Trillium Midwifery mama’s free of charge every Sunday from 1:00-2:15 at the St. Paul Yoga Center. Pregnant mamas and their female companions are welcome. Saturday Morning- 8:45- 10:15. Sunday Prenatal Class 1:00- 2:00.

Wednesday, June 19, 2013. It has been so long since I last blogged! Soren and I have been keeping busy with preschool, work, and Summer fun! He loves his preschool and during the Summer he goes to "camp" at his preschool. I send lunches on days that he goes so this has been a new adventure for both of us; so far little cottage cheese cups and crackers have been a hit.
