Tuesday, March 16, 2010. My Bday Weekend In Fort Worth. So on Friday we took off to Fort Worth to have some fun. We stayed at the Omni hotel, in down town Fort Worth. Thursday, October 17, 2013. This post is going to be a ton of rambling! Working out. It is soooo hard! I am soooo slow! I just hate working out, but I know its so good and its the only way to get results. I just can not wait for it to get less painful! Wednesday, September 9, 2009. My Weight Loss Journey. This is my life and these are my rules:. NO eating after 8. Most diets say 7, but who seriously goes to bed at 9-10. I'm always going to bed at 11 or 12. I'm going to put fish in my diet 3 times a week. out of 14 meals (lunch and dinner) that won't be hard. Salmon, tuna, and shrimp.
