A Day in My Life. Wednesday, December 5, 2007. 1st day on Fire Radio. And they completed 9 PAR checks. I don't think I've ever worked a structure fire for the long before. A Day in My Life. Friday, November 30, 2007. Yes, I'm still alive! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and it was really seeing those of you I got to, when I came home the week before. We just had a small dinner, since I had to work Thanksgiving, but at least we had turkey, stuffing and all the sides, including Tina's recipe for sweet potatoes which is my absolute favorite. A Day in My Life. Wednesday, October 3, 2007. Sorry it's been so long. I haven't been trained on Watsonville yet.that will be my last channel for training and they are difficult. Watsonville is mainly hispanic so all the officers speak SPANGLISH. You wouldn't believe the hispanic names we run and they don't phoenetically spell any of them. I'm looking at my schedule and hopefully will be coming home for a few days in November after my fire radio training, but I'll keep everyone updated. Talk to you soon.
