Monday, June 1, 2015. Gaines loved that part about preschool. I would be lying if I said Gaines absolutely loved school. He had fun, but he really just wished they did a few more crafty things. In one year, he brought home one craft. Me? I'm not so bummed only for the fact that I wouldn't have to sneakily throw away all the crafts he could have possibly brought home, like Bella :). Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Ella and Christina come to visit! Our wonderful friends who were our neighbors in Michigan came out to visit us a week ago. Saturday, August 8, 2015. I took my 3 oldest on a bike ride/run to the lake one day while Grant was napping. Tinley wanted to run while the other 2 biked. It was Gaines in front on his bike since he likes to go super fast, Tinley jogging, Bella behind her biking at an easy pace, then me pulling up the rear jogging (with an empty stroller in case Tinley couldn't last, and good thing! Luckily it hit right above her eye and it was just a huge knot and black eye for awhile. Poor girl! Bella - 6 Years Old.

We're Not in Kansas Anymore. Monday, March 7, 2011. A Dog, A Nose, and A Plastic Surgeon. It has been an eventful few days! On Wednesday morning I rode my bike over to a friends house for a quick errand. I knew I needed to get back home pretty shortly because my sister-in-law was flying in from Minnesota that same day. Well, my quick errand became a very exciting day. Upon greeting me, my friends dog caught hold of a bit of my face! Wouldn't you know, I had not showered or washed my hair yet that day!

We're Not in Kansas Anymore. Sunday, August 21, 2011. Even though the calendar says it is almost September, it's still the middle of a long, long, long, hot summer here in AZ. We love being in the pool, almost as much as our chocolate lab, Maggie. Once we open the gate to the pool, she jumps in, stands on the top step and waits for us to get her favorite orange fetching toy out of the bin.
