十月 30, 2007 at 2:47 上午. 舊稱東勢角，1920年易為 東勢庄 ，1933年又改為 東勢街。 先是，番害頻仍，遂於1778年，以社寮角為中心，與土著族人交易 俗稱換番所 ，遣劉中立、薛華梅為番割 社商 ，為禦番害，嗣設銃櫃，配置隘丁，並在大甲溪東岸 南、北片莊 附近築匠工寮舍，開發上、下辛莊地區，遂成移民聚落，此即本鎮開莊之始。 Entry filed under: Uncategorized.
