Monday, October 26, 2009. Ella Caroline is the 2010 Tiny Miss East Central Mississippi! Ella Caroline was in the Miss East Central Mississippi Pageant on October 24 in Philadelphia, MS. She won her age division so she is now the 2010 Tiny Miss East Central Mississippi! She also won Best Overall Fashion and Prettiest Eyes awards! She had some diva moments where she didn't want to cooperate, but once she won the crown she was much more obliging.she likes crowns or, well, "parties" as she calls them:).
