This is my blog. Just for me. It will have some of my favorite foods, favorite things, and just whatever else I fancy putting on here. Monday, February 8, 2010. The chocolate cookie crust is divine.really.and I use it for other cheesecakes too. This is for a 9 inch springform pan. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. 1 1/2 vanilla wafer cookies (I use the Nilla Wafers). 1/2 Cup powdered sugar. 1/3 - 1/2 Cup Cocoa (Use an exceptionally good brand it makes a difference). 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk.

Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Okay, so what have we been up to the past few months? Nixon is in t-ball which is so fun and so hilarious to watch. They have a game at least once a week, sometimes even twice. Madyx wishes she was old enough to play too. This is Grandpa, Nixon, and Chris on Nixon's first game day. How exciting! Nixon giving us the heavy metal sign? We also enjoyed visiting the sheep barns. As usual, the kids loved it. They even got to pet a lamb (which was a first). Hopefully no earlier or later!

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. While in Hawaii we went on a catamaran ride out to see dolphins and go snorkeling. It was amazing. The weather was fantastic, we saw 80 dolphins, sea turtles, and so many beautiful fish. We took a day to go for a drive up to the North Shore. We went to Laie to see the LDS. Honolulu temple. Beautiful isn't it. My favorite is pina colada with ice-cream. It was a happy day. Matsumoto's. Is definitely a favorite tourist spot and we loved it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
