Divinity, death, desire (. Divinity, death, desire. Another annoying translation request. I know translation requests are annoying but I have a phrase that is too difficult for me to construct as I'm still an absolute beginner. I was hoping to get a translation for "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you". Now I know that the word for "kingdom" in Urnaigh an Tighearna is "Rìochachd" and the wod for heaven is "Nèamh" but I can't seem to get a handle on the rest and how to put it into the sentence I need.

I'm an absolute beginner at Gaidhlig and I'm trying to find words and phrases that I can just slip into my daily routine to get me used to the sounds etc of the language. Anyway, I'm having trouble finding a suitable phrase to say when someone sneezes. Is there an equivalent of "bless you" or should I use "slainte" in the same way that German's use gesundheit? Divinity, death, desire (. Divinity, death, desire. Since I don't know anyone in meatspace that is also learning Gaidhlig I'm finding ways to increase my own use of it daily. I've decided to start praying in Gaidhlig. One prayer I'm trying to get a translation for is the Jesus Prayer, which is "Lord have mercy". So far I know that prayer in English, Latin, and even Syriac but I can't find it online in Gaidhlig. Would anyone happen to know how to say it? Post a new comment. We will log you in after post.
