New Tap header file for Topfield 4000 PVR. This is the updated tap.h for the TF4000PVR with the new function names from the TF5000 API. This header file is derived from work made by PeN. To compile, you need cygwin, plus powerpc-tools.tar.gz and tf-newlib.tar.gz from the above address. Includes a new loader script from PeN. Shows signal level quality with big bars and in percent.
