Tara Dulake's BA Blog. Tuesday, 26 April 2011. Animation Test 01 - Marmot Pointing (Shot 24). The Shot i got was the marmot pointing out to the mongol that the eagle is about to swoop in and steal there chicken. Its only my first piece of animation, and im hoping to get it looking a lot better than this. The jumps need to be sorted out, and the hands need to be weighted. Wednesday, 1 June 2011. Scene 6 Stealing Chicken. I have changed this scene quite a lot since my feedback, as the Marmot run cycle has been improved and he just jumps slightly now to grab the chicken rather than being over dramatic and turning away first like he did before. The Mongolian also barely moves although I did keep him raising his arms as I needed a way for him to have less of a grip on the chicken in order for the Marmot to be able to 'snatch' it. 2 June 2011 at 02:04.

I am hoping this is nearly the end of this scene now. i have improved some of the arm movement, added the hand overlaps/grabs, expressions, eye movements, weight of the marmot landing on the arm, head movements, and obv the camera. im sure there are some other bits too.
