A Place for Organization

A Place for Organization. Thursday, January 13, 2011. I came up with a super cool plan for organizing all the kids' winter stuff - hats, gloves, scarves, etc. I color-coded clothes pins for each child by modge-podging scrapbook paper on the outside of each pin. Then, these pins (six per child) were threaded on to jute. I tied a knot in the jute above, threaded the pin on through the spring, and then tied a knot immediately below the spring. This was done three times on each side. Monday, November 8, 2010.

A Place for Organization: Start Simple

http://www.tarasplacefororganization.blogspot.com/2010/09/start-simple.html

A Place for Organization. Thursday, September 9, 2010. Really simple. Like, kitchen drawers. A few at a time. And maybe a linen closet for luck! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I need motivation. My house is in desperate need of reorganization/decorating/making usable. So, to help me stay committed, I am documenting - publicly. Hopefully, shame will overcome laziness and results will appear! A Place for Organization: Pantry

A Place for Organization. Saturday, September 11, 2010. First, I just have to say - Whenever you see the before pictures, just pretend they are someone else's house. I mean, not someone other than your. House, someone's other than my. There is just no space to put large quantities of flour, sugar, etc - so the buckets have to suffice. I actually feel like baking again! September 17, 2010 at 8:46 AM. Love, love, LOVE the idea of using the shoe bag for your spices! That is such a fabulous idea!

A Place for Organization: Bathroom drawers

http://www.tarasplacefororganization.blogspot.com/2010/11/bathroom-drawers.html

A Place for Organization. Monday, November 8, 2010. Do you remember how excited I was about those silly boxes? You know, the origami ones made out of scrapbook paper? Okay, I will help you out. The first appeared here. Well, I have been putting them to good use. The next place I tried them was in my bathroom. I had drawers that were just collecting stuff, and the stuff seemed to be breeding and making more stuff. I could never really find what I wanted when I wanted it. Solution? I went from this:.

A Place for Crafts

A Place for Crafts. Thursday, February 17, 2011. If something can be used in one way, it can probably be used in another. Which is why, when I started this project, I decided that if the front was good, the back could be used as well. But, I wanted to make sure it would work before I did two. Since it did, I made a back side to my word blocks of yesterday. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Inspiration in the form of a wooden board. And slid the following letter on. Thursday, February 10, 2011. I made them by...

Over the past year Brian has not really been able to help out around the house with a lot of things. With Vincent attending school in CA I have been returning to my roots! Gardening. Or let's really put it in perspective and that would be skimming by. I was so thrilled I did not have to do it this week. For this. I coun...
