BKA - Share My Shoes. I started Mirror Therapy yesterday. I do this twice a day and it takes around 10 minutes. This evening, session 3, felt as though I was completeing this therapy correctly. I think over the next couple of weeks it will be successful. Don’t forget keep smiling, days in bed are still steps forwards.
