They actually rummage through other people's PAID goods ordered overseas or from ebay(or such places) and took the contents away just to check if it's a title banned or that it's appropriate for viewing? Then if it's alright with them, its returned to the owner with SCRATCHES or in BAD conditions? Look people are complaining.
