Monday, May 18, 2009. And hoped it would come out close to Bella's. Success! It was SO delicious and easy, too! Brett loved it and said it really did taste like Bella's. The fresh sage smelled so good - I love using fresh herbs. I paired this with a side of roasted garlic red potatoes which is also similar to what we get at Bella's. This meal is great, I highly recommend it! 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Coarse salt and ground pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 shallot, minced. 1/4 cup heavy cream.

Pound chicken cutlets thin, then top with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Roll chicken and place on greased baking sheet with seam side down. Baste with honey mustard and top with pepper. April 26, 2011 at 4:24 am. Why is it when flipping through cookbooks there are certain recipes that just get overlooked for one reason or another? This was definitely the case for this recipe and I’m not sure why. I have flipped through Ina’s Back To Basics book countless times and I can’t say this recipe ever really stood out to me. Maybe because there are so many other wonderful recipes waiting to be tried? I really think it made a more flavorful risotto (and it saves money too! 1 tbsp. olive oil.
