They were all from the top of my head and from previous experiments. Happy to say that they all turned out DELICIOUS! The love and life of a little lady. Sunday, February 26, 2012. Valentine's Day 3 Course Dinner. This recipe serves 2 people or about 4 people). 6 oz jar of artichoke hearts. 7 oz jar of roasted red peppers. 425 oz can of chopped black olives (optional). Baguette (I bought a small one just enough for me and my husband). Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice baguette in diagonals about 1/2 inch thick and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until crispy. 1 tsp dried thyme.

The love and life of a little lady. Saturday, July 28, 2012. Basic swiss meringue with whipped cream and berries. I am not one to waste ingredients especially when a recipes calls for egg yolks only. While I was making my basic creme brulee. That way I don't waste any eggs. I usually make them in mini sizes with a piping bag because I like to snack on them plain than top them with fruits. I've been busy with school and taking care of my son by myself so it's been a little crazy. However, I do remember to write down recipes and take pictures of what I cooked new.
