Love, Hope, and Joy. Me and my GLUTEN FREE kids. A way for us to share what goes on in our unique life. Saturday, July 3, 2010. The one thing I noticed is that there are different consistencies with sourdough starters. Some make it up to have more water contents. And it is like a pancake batter consistency and some have less water consistency and is like a sponge. During the Alaskan goldmine days, the miners would keep their sourdough starter. The Go To Online Forum For Gluten Free Information. Saturday, April 25, 2009. Thrive Allergy and Gluten Free Expo. Most of the booths carrying gluten free foods were local Chicago retailers who specialize in gluten free and allergy free specialties. About 90% of the vendors were displaying baked goods, which I expected. I spent the day taste testing and talking with all the vendors supplying GF products. Meister’s Angel Food Cake: http:/ meistersgf.com/. Jules made an amazing Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza.
