Figuring our fitness and food one day at a time. Whenever possible I try to turn my workouts into a social event, even if it’s just to meet up for a quick run. By coordinating my schedule with a friend, my workouts are harder to skip! Best things about meeting up with a friend for a work out:. Get to catch up with each other. Here are the some cool things we’ll be doing:. 5 days of surf lessons and all day surf board rentals with Coconut Harry’s. 25 hour horse back ride in the jungle and on the beach. 1/2 day zip line tour.
