Thursday, June 3, 2010. I came across this very authentic Italian salad that I really love. I made it for the first time on Memorial Day for a fun little shin-dig we had with some friends. I received many compliments, so I hope it’s share-worthy! Tomato and Garlic Crouton Salad. 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus ¼ cup. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 188; teaspoon red pepper flakes. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. 189; loaf ciabatta bread, cut into small cubes. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar. Need I Say More?

After an extensive cleaning-up session, we ended up having pancakes for dinner. Here's the recipe that I should have made! 2 cups french fried onions, crushed. 1 egg, beaten. Thursday, May 20, 2010. Gosh, it’s been a while! We’ve been doing a lot of crazy at our house and I’m sorry it’s been so long since I’ve posted. Today, I have a super yummy recipe that I’m sharing in honor of one of my favorite soldiers. I love him because he loves my food :) and because he’s a great uncle to my kids. He just finished his tour in Afghanistan and arrived home just this week! 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or cubed. Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
