Saturday, September 27, 2014. I want to chat about hydration. Today Seems simple, drink more water and feel better. Right? Surprisingly, it gets more complicated than that (as if we didn’t have enough to worry about already! Did you know that by the time you feel thirsty you are most likely already dehydrated? I was born and raised in South Coast Massachusetts. Any of you from the area probably know exactly where the picture below was taken. Over the last few years I have spend time living in Arizona getting my degree in Nutrition (dietetics) at Arizona State University. While out there I took full advantage of the beautiful mountains.
