Here are the following descriptions of the place. ONE single room, very well furnished, RM 135 per month. I don't mind if its a guy or a girl as the previous tenant was a female. It is not far from the hospital and almost 80% of the batch stay in seremban 3. Water and electricity will be splited evenly among all tenants of the house.
