We have been getting on the water since April, but now the snow is melting, the rivers are flowing and we set out every chance we get to take advantage of it :). Collins area) this Saturday for some whitewater boating fun! I knew I was doing runs that were a step up for me III and a few IV's. So, my friend Laurie and I met up and found a group of familiar people to run Lower Mishiwaka through Bridges (these are the names of the different parts of the river that kayakers boat). He he he he.

After my last post I didn't boat that weekend since the water levels are going down and the season is pretty much over unless you have a Westwater permit or willing to travel. I HAVE AND AM WILLING TO DO BOTH! I refuse to give up my kayaking season without a fight.more on that later :). Swimming I could do all day every day! OK enough about running....
