Starting my second semester of college, I never thought the events that have occurred could ever happen to me. I've always been the girl that has a fairly simple life. I did well in school, in my sports, and in my music, and I also have a relationship with Christ that I am proud of. I had the mentality that nothing bad could ever happen to me. Wednesday, December 26, 2012. This morning we woke up to some snow on the ground. As the day went on I think we ended up with about 7-8" of snow. The kids begged all day to get out in it. For us, this is the first measurable snow fall in about two years. Last year was unusual in that we had no snow .but very cold temps. The littles sat at the window and watched. Monday, December 17, 2012. Paislee had her 3 year check up with Dr. K. She is not a big fan of the doctor's office but she likes Dr. K. I kind of knew how she was going to react so I tried to talk to her earlier in the day about what we were going to do and what was going to happen to her. As soon as we got there everybody had to go see the fish. They love looking at this acquarium. Can you tell she was thrilled to be there? This was pre-shot and him getting into the doctor's drawers. Height = 37 in (49%).

Saturday, December 29, 2012. Today Josh took the three bigs and went to his grandpa's house where they rode the four-wheeler and went sledding. Paislee's eyes are super sensitive to the sun and so we thought the snow would bother her so we made her wear sunglasses. As you know, what one does they all need to do, so that is why they are all in sunglasses. Paislee was daddy's driving buddy and was a speed demon. She like to drive fast and flip everyone off.
