We provide the following services:. Chronic Disease Management Classes. All doctor visits are by appointment only. No walk-ins). If an individual qualifies for our service, our on site pharmacy will fill prescriptions prescribed by our doctors, free of charge to the patient. I want to thank all of you for the help and kindness you all have shown me over the last several years. Without your help I don't know what I would have done; the free clinic was a lifesaver for me".
