One person's journey in music. Crash, Bang, Boom! I find myself not really motivated to practice pieces out of a book without an opportunity to perform. It is taking a greater effort to put in the practice time behind closed doors and on pieces that will make me better but without immediate reward. That's tough for me right now. Sunday, August 23, 2009. Last week I sat Natalie in her crib and turned to her changing table to pack her diaper bag for a day out. I heard a strange noise, turned around, and this (see first photo below) is what I saw! She pulls herself up at every opportunity now, although it doesn't always work out the way she'd like.
