At Monday, January 17, 2011. 今天与一位弟兄会的传道人分享我要撰写的论文题目和撰写的原因。这位弟兄平时是蛮开放的，但没意料到他会一桶冷水倒在我身上。不但如此，还说若我真的要写，写后不可以拿回教会给其他弟兄姐妹看。我听到的时候，真的很失望。 难道他们认为，我出来读神学后还会如以前一样，一切不经过思考全单接受顺服？难道，他们认为我不写，就不会自己去想吗？难怪大多人都怕我出外实习后不回自己的母会。 继续选择写一份不被教会祝福的专文？ 写后却不能造就自己身边的弟兄姐妹又有何益处呢？ The place I live. At Saturday, November 17, 2012. 刚才一边收拾房间，一边看着一套连戏剧：“36小时On Call”。这部连戏剧讲着一班实习医生与医生的生活。 其中有一段落讲到这帮实习医生终于毕业了。在毕业前宣誓了一段的话其中谈到做为一个医生他们需要敬业并尊重他们的职业。当时，我即联想起大约一个月前，我也曾经在我的差遣里时宣誓了一段话。突然在我的脑力就出现了这么一句话：“美云，你在做什么？What are you doing here? 8221; 这句问题重复的浮现在我脑海里。我正在做什么？我这被呼召的仆人现在在做什么？ Have I forgotten my duty? 我的生活与生命与“传道”称呼或身份相称吗？ The place I live. At Friday, May 25, 2012. 想到这个教会在不同的领域里，其实也蛮挑战的。猜想，有时可能也会逼到服侍人员，包括我这位朋友喘不过气来。因为读着神学，回到教会实习，会友、家人、包括教会传道也会对我们有无形中的要求。可能连一个“我不会”的发言机会都不能存有。 以为我们受过所谓的装备，什么都通，而忘记了我们只是在学习。而学习的过程是漫长的。当人人都看着我们如何做事，其实是蛮压力的。可能偶尔还必须把我们自己的真实感受隐藏起来。 想回我这个朋友，以她这个年纪要回到自己的教会实习与服侍其实也真的蛮压力。更何况在她这个年龄，连她自己是谁，她可能还在揣摩。在加上活在别人的眼光里，要寻找出她自己可算是一个挑战吧！可能到一个地步会很乱，只能想一步走一步，连自己要什么，是什么都变成很模糊了。也可能因为这样，经过教会与家人所给予的压力，她总会在我面前要...朋友，虽然我不能再给你什么了，但是你要加油哦！ At Friday, May 18, 2012. At Thursday, May 10, 2012. 去年年尾，我就猜想我今年的毕业前的最后一年会不好过，原因是当时以为论文是我今年最大最大的挑战。一群好友都离开了学院，毕业了。知道今年，学院会很沉静，但心中仍然万分的感恩，因为还有我的好朋友与我一起奋斗。但是，人算不如天算。许多事情都不是我们能掌握的。 这几天同学与老师们见到我大概都会问：“怎样啊？你还剩下几分功课？”我都大概说了我还剩下一两份。”而大家都会回应说：很好啊！ 真的很好吗？只是大家都不知道，我这个学期修了一个20学分的隐藏科目，而到现在我都无法完成交上。 然而, 撒旦或者可以说是上帝也不是笨的，他们都知道我最软弱的地方是哪里。连我都知道，我最能因为友谊而崩溃，撒旦哪里可能不知道呢？我今年就因为失去了一个陪伴着我两年的朋友，导致我今年进入了我四年神学生涯的谷底。 第一份功课：了解自己的情感与情绪类型，学习原谅与接纳，并尝试以爱来对待对方. 生气：因为对人好，爱护他，处处为人着想，而被误解要控制对方的生活&#...混乱：虽然在这个过程中，...

Here are some few tips. 1 如要用肉类煲汤时，记得先要“飞水”。这不但可以除去血水和一部分的脂肪还能避免过于肥腻。但是，如用鱼就不能飞水，反而要把鱼两面先煎一下让鱼皮定结。这不但能使到鱼不容易腐烂，而且还能除掉腥味。 2 煮肉汤时必须先用大火，然后才用小火煮透，再改打火。俗语说要够火候！ 3还有记得，水要一次加足，不要中间加水！ 4冷水下料比较好，因为开水会使蛋白质凝固，不易出鲜味。 5。盐要在最后才加，不然盐就会使到蛋白质凝固，汤的鲜味就不好啦！ The place I live.
