This can include traumatic brain injury, developmental disabilities, a mental health diagnosis, or a combination. Referrals are encouraged for adults with disabilities who would benefit from living and participating in an active residential program. The following criteria must be met for admission and to remain in our programs:. 18 years or older. Able to be involved in the community.
