I've read around eight books this summer, and I liked several quite a bit, but this was the first one that I did not want to end but couldn't stop reading at the same time. There are those who read because they just love to do it, and there are those who read because they have to do it. That's a key difference in verb usage, and it's intentional. Believe me when I say that there is obviously nothing wrong with reading because you love it. Isn't that the definition of reading for pleasure? I read because I need it.
