Chronicling Life from the back of a Motorcycle. Friday, April 10, 2015. 5 States in less than 5 Days. We headed back down to Red Lodge, Montana which is at the base of Beartooth pass. The beartooth highway traces a series of steep zigzags and switchbacks. How could we be in this area and not drive through Yellowstone? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Pollock Family: December 2010
http://jedandrebecca.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 27, 2010. What a wonderful year. With the start of a new year, I took a moment to look back at the past twelve month. 2010 was a great year for the Pollock's. In January we found out we were having what looked like a good sized/healthy BOY! My mom couldn't believe that I was breaking tradition and for the next five months repeated over and over "A Boy? You are having a BOY? But there was no mistake, the ultrasound picture PROVED it! HE is all BOY. For the last time. Sawyers blessing day ...

Friday, January 31, 2014. Kaden's school, Voyage, set up a field trip to the Clinton Fire Station since it's about two blocks away from the school, so the kids could just walk there. I volunteer every other Friday and this just happened to be one that Shane was off, so I went with them as well. Hayden and Kaden. Best buds. The other kindergarten class went, so there were 41 kids total. They were divided into three groups for the three different "stations.". First they got to watch a movie. He thought abo...

Sunday, March 8, 2015. Ari FINALLY got her tonsils and adenoids out! She's had a perpetually runny nose for, oh, about the last four and a half years, so I've been so, so excited for her enlarged tonsils and adenoids to come out. Her surgery was this past Monday, March 2nd. I was really honest in preparing her for the surgery and told her that when she woke up her throat was going to hurt a lot. Which made her cry. :( Understandably, she was really nervous going into the surgery. Such a sweet girl. I've ...

Monday, June 23, 2014. My mom's side of the family does a reunion every other year. This year we decided to have all of our out-of-town relatives come to Utah and show them what we've got! This was our first time there since they opened the African Savannah part, so I was curious to see it. The zebras, giraffes, and ostriches are all in a big area together. I'll be excited to see the Savannah area as it grows and they get some more animals there. This guy looked more than a little ragged. Idea to go in t...

Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Southern Cali Trip - Part 5. Friday mid-morning we headed to the next hotel for my writing conference. The next hotel was only about 30 minutes away, which was good all around. It was the first 5 star hotel for all of us. I had big expectations. The beds were SO small! They were supposed to be queens. The bathroom was HUGE. I came to see them on my short lunch break. Kaden on the slide. Lexi turned around on her stomach at the last minute. Little spider monkey staying safe.

The Pollock Family: "Bampa"
http://jedandrebecca.blogspot.com/2011/04/bampa.html
Thursday, April 14, 2011. Sawyer hit the 10 month mark last week. We have so much fun with him. Here are some things we love about our Sawyer Bean:. He's huge. He is already wearing 12-18 month clothes. He loves to play, laugh and smile. He can make Indian sounds and gestures "AhAhAh". He can stand up while holding on to objects, such as the bathtub and couch. He sometimes has a shy side and turns his head into my shoulder. He has 4 teeth on top and 3 on bottom. He can throw a football "go long dad!
