Knit.Read.Eat.Drink.: September 2010

Attempting to do all of the above with enthusiasm and enjoyment. Saturday, September 4, 2010. Trying to get back to "normal". Physically, Dan is doing great. I've only had to give him extra insulin one time, and that was because I couldn't refuse him a taco that Joanna had brought. Other than that, his BG is usually somewhere between 95-120 when we check before meals. I'd like to think it's because of what we've been eating; I could continue to be anal about the carbs. Knit.Read.Eat.Drink.: March 2011
http://knitreadeatdrink.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Attempting to do all of the above with enthusiasm and enjoyment. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Book Review: Hooked by Catherine Greenman. My rating: 3 of 5 stars. Thea I didn’t like her at all at first. I thought she was rather whiny but once you get an idea of her parents and how she grew up, then it seemed to make sense. At times I felt this book was the print equivalent of an episode of MTV’s. Maybe parents should make this book required reading for their teenage daughters? I totally understand that feeling.
