We're changing everything and moving out to the ranch. Saturday, May 31, 2008. We just got home from Grocery shopping. Now that we live in the sticks, it turns in to a whole day adventure. There is nothing like seeing your husband holding your baby. ( Ok. She's not really a baby anymore, but she's still "my baby"). We're changing everything and moving out to the ranch. Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Funny things kids say. My daughter's constantly surprise me with the things that they say. For the last couple of days, kiddo numero uno has not been feeling well. She has been running a temperature and telling us that her throat hurts. Tonight we were sitting at dinner when my daughter told me. "My throat hurts, my back hurts, my knees hurt, my elbows hurt.". I'm just one sick woman." : ). Don't forget that she's only four.

Especially with her sweet little smile and sweet disposition. And there is just something about her when she scrunches her little nose up like this. Check out these shots of my flowers this year. Since we just moved out to the ranch in February, I had no idea how well anything would do. I was living with a friend from high school and when she got a job offer here, she asked me to move with her. I was 23 and had never lived anywhere, but the small valley where I grew up. My parents had always been a 15 minute drive away and I knew most of the people in our small community. By while she flirted with one of the boys.
