Our adventures in homeschooling. New Year, New Routine →. Mommy: it’s time to do school. Snowflake: we can’t. School closed. Mommy: can you open it? Snowflake: no, it’s locked. Mommy: can you unlock it? Snowflake: keys are lost. Mommy: can you find them? Mommy: can you count the owls? Snowflake: just too many (there was one….😂). 8220;Stop the talking noise, maa! I relaxing. No school today.”. Mommy: can you put 3 cows in the barn? Snowflake: no, pigs want to roll in the mud (proceeds to roll pigs in mud).

Our adventures in homeschooling. Mommy and Me Preschool →. End of Day 1. The first day of 3 year old preschool is complete and it went way better than I expected. Yay! He slept in this morning, so we got a late start but all that sleep made him cooperative. Amazing because when we’ve talked about school for the past week, his response has been something along the lines of, “I no do school, (Snowflake) play toys! Singing ABCs during calendar time. Making his activity choices. Reading about castle life.
