Hoy comemos. con Isabella. LA SALUD EN LA DESPENSA. 500 gr. Salmón. 1 partilla caldo de pescado. 200 gr. nata de cocinar. En una sartén honda calentamos el cava y dejamos hervir a fuego suave. En un vaso de agua caliente diluimos la pastilla de caldo y la vertemos en la sarten junto con el cava, dejamos reducir. Añadimos la nata y dejamos reducir un poco más a fuego suave durante unos minutos. Introducimos el salmón y el eneldo, dejando cocer durante 15 minutos, siempre a fuego suave. Os animo a hacerla!

Hoy comemos. con Isabella. LA SALUD EN LA DESPENSA. 1/2 litro de leche 1/2 vaso. La piel de un limón. 1 palo de canela. 4 yemas de huevo. 100 gr. azúcar. Ponemos en un cazo a calentar la leche con la piel del limón y la canela. En un bol batimos las yemas de huevo con el azúcar. En 1/2 vaso de leche diluimos la maicena. Cuando la leche rompa a hervir la retiramos del fuego y la echamos en el bol con las yemas y el azúcar. Volvemos a poner el cazo al fuego, pero lento, y colamos en él la leche. PASTELITOS...
