I am still trying to get the hang of this blogging thing and hope that the things I am posting some people find useful. I get so excited when I get a new follower.I know my hubby thinks I am crazy! April 6, 2010. Spring is here. so at least we think so, I can't really tell anymore under all of the SNOW! Then next day my friend Nancy invited me to go to the Festival of Colors in Spanish Fork. Honestly I have never experienced anything like this! It was so much fun and I recommend it to all, and plan to go again next year:) Being covered in chalk, standing up against complete strangers and singing Holi Krishna at the top of your lungs, ya nothing beats that! I had a blast in Idaho, I love my family!

Thursday, January 13, 2011. Teaching New Year's Resolution? Teaching is indeed a tough job (I submit our high rate of quitting as evidence - half of teachers quit within their first 5 years of teaching, according to the Washington Post. I expect the more deviant kids to question everything I do, especially in the first few weeks of this. However, I also expect my content to be meaningful enough to be worth their time. I wonder if the average high school teacher would be willing to do this. Http:/ geekaca...
