T: Motivation
http://jakubtomek.blogspot.com/p/motivation.html
A blog about drinking it. Why to write another blog about sheng puerh? A) There are some teas that I couldn't find anything about, although I would like to. B) There are never enough blogs about tea. C) Because I want. These reasons combined constitute my motivation for trying to write this blog. I started it to write about teas I like. However, I would like to expand it to write about teas I did not find interesting too. Sdílet ve službě Twitter. Sdílet ve službě Facebook. Zobrazit celý můj profil.

Tea Sleuth: Midwest Tea
http://teasleuth.blogspot.com/2013/02/midwest-tea.html
Friday, February 15, 2013. In the early days of "serious" tea drinking, travel meant a lot of hand-wringing. Should I bring a gaiwan only to have it pulverize in my bag? Why knock the handle off one of those pots I paid too much for? Won't I need a little pitcher to decant my brews into? Should I get one of those travel presses, or a cheesy infuser mug with a lid and a dragon on it? Do I bring Puerh cha? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Tea Addict's Journal. Tea Sleuth: Package
http://teasleuth.blogspot.com/2013/03/delivery.html
Saturday, March 9, 2013. It has been awhile since I found one of these plump basketballs of tape-girdled joy on my porch (this time hidden by our sly mail carrier behind a set of shellac Rubinstein recordings left by our friend "The Hippie"). Very reminiscent of Yunnan Sourcing parcels. Some liubao set everything right. And I'm finding I can drink it in the evenings and still sleep like a bag of rocks. Nothing wrong with that. The Ravenous Scavenger: March 2014
http://www.theravenousscavenger.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 30, 2014. On our way to downtown New Orleans in a freezing drizzle, we stumbled upon Peche, Donald Link's new seafood joint. It was too early for dinner, but we were cold. We sidled up to the bar, and admired the girthy timbers supporting the high ceiling. A gas oven blazed at the opposite end of the restaurant. We ordered a half dozen Gulf oysters, three from Alabama and three from the Louisiana coast, and backed them with cocktails. We're working with different ingredients in the north co...

Saturday, February 28, 2015. The high art of excess. We'd walked well beyond Restaurant Au Pied de Cochon by the time we realized we were lost. I was panicked. We could not show up late and lose our place at table. The fluffy snow gets honed down by the shovel blade to a few millimeters of hard packed ice. A louge for neighbors to break their asses upon. In Montreal, they just let it pile up. Fuck it, it's never going to stop snowing. What's the point? I think Bee, who was not as excited as I to spend an...

Wednesday, December 3, 2014. Pork Jowls Day 10. The cheeks must hang for at least 3 weeks, but some recommend hanging for as long as 12 weeks for maximum flavor concentration. mao cha: maja 2013

http://mao-cha.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Czwartek, 18 kwietnia 2013.
