We appreciate the parent helpers we've had, as well as the majority of students remembering their togs every single day - WELL DONE! This week we continue our swimming lessons with the time table running as follows:. Monday/Wednesday - 9.30-10.00am. Tuesday/Thursday - 11.30-12.00pm. Monday/Wednesday - 10.00-10.30am. Tuesday/Thursday - 12.00-12.30pm. Some snaps from swimming.

Thursday, 2 April 2015. Mox's Information Report on the Food Pyramid. A food pyramid is where the food is grouped. We need to eat lot of fruit and veges in on day. We need 2-3 servings fruit and 3-5 servings of veges. Dairy is bad for you, because if you don’t play sports it will turn to fat. Dairy also contains calcium which gives you strong teeth and bones.
