Monday, March 2, 2009. So Amy and I have been working out at the Y now for a little over a month, and well, we are finally starting to see some progress. And it couldn't have come sooner for me! I was truly getting frustrated with the whole ordeal, gaining, then loosing, then gaining, the whole roller coaster ride was starting to wear thin on my nerves, and my self esteem. With a some hard work, and time spent at the Y, I am happy to say I have Officaly lost 10 pounds, and Amy has lost more than 5!

Saturday, January 31, 2009. Team Browne Joins the YMCA. So its official, Amy and i have been members of the Y for about a week now, and I honestly have to say its the best thing we could have done for ourselves! I had been feeling really down the past few weeks, when i discovered I had gained 17 pounds since we got married, and was back over 300 pounds. I have a poor body image as it is, so this wasn't helping. So amy and I decided it was time to push the excuses aside, and get right with ourselves!

Monday, February 2, 2009. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I have been sold out to this whole eating healthy and working out routine for over 2 weeks now, and it seems to keep back firing! I just don't get it! It seems like no matter what i do, i keep gaining weight. I cut out pop, sugary juice, fast food, switched to FF milk, i eat yogurt for breakfast, and have healthy soup for lunch, cut out snacking, work out 3 times a week, and I'm still gaining weight!
