Baseballs, Butterflies, & Blessings: Spica Survival
http://baseballsbutterfliesblessings.blogspot.com/2011/04/spica-survival.html
Tomorrow is Cast OFF Day! In preparing for Ellie's Spica Season, I researched lots of websites and mommy blogs. I think I have about 4-5 saved on the homepage of my phone for quick reference. Many of them have been invaluable to me during this season. (& I look forward to cleaning up my phone tomorrow! My Spica Survival Necessities:. A wagon for longer walks. Stuff a boppy under baby's head and some pillows or burp cloths or towels under the feet for support). Thanks, Susan R! Ellie loves her glowbaby.

Baseballs, Butterflies, & Blessings: Where We're At- a new diagnosis
http://baseballsbutterfliesblessings.blogspot.com/2015/04/where-we-at-new-diagnosis.html
Where Were At- a new diagnosis. She really was happy although by the time I took the picture below it was past nap time and she was done. We headed home to our boys and had lovely naps and a long walk together. Ellie took a bad fall during the family walk but was able to recover and the day was just so wonderful. For the last 19 days, I've relieved that day over and over as the "day before the new diagnosis." It was such a good day with my daughter and I had no idea what was a few hours away. I'm still h...

Baseballs, Butterflies, & Blessings: Happy Birthday, My Eleanor Grace
http://baseballsbutterfliesblessings.blogspot.com/2010/08/happy-birthday-my-eleanor-grace.html
Happy Birthday, My Eleanor Grace. My Precious Ellie Grace,. Today is your Birth Day. Happy Birthday, dear one! Though you instantly fit into our family, sweet Ells, you also instantly made it clear that you have your own identity. Though you often made your Mommy sick, I have to admit I was always so relieved as I took it as sign that you were strong. Secretly, I began to wonder if perhaps you were going to be a girl - I was only sick once with your brother. Have I told you how very loved you are? Not ev...

Baseballs, Butterflies, & Blessings: 2014 Recap - a bit late
http://baseballsbutterfliesblessings.blogspot.com/2015/01/2014-recap-bit-late.html
2014 Recap - a bit late. I kind of most definitely slacked off of blogging during 2014. In fact, I've had a growing mental list of blog posts and have sort of kind of intended to actually write them but then was distracted by books or children or rain or sunshine or really anything that didn't involve opening up a computer. I realize 2015 started 20 days ago. I started this post in 2014! I have several posts rattling around in my brain - I really want to describe in more detail our Champions experience a...
