Lethea and Les Travel (or Life in Camelot). Saturday, March 28, 2009. We finally headed inland from the gulf coast and made our way into Ocala. Driving through the countryside on Hwy. 27, we got to see the beautiful horse farms that fill the area. Ocala is one of the major thoroughbred centers of the world, with over 1,200 horse farms. We also got a chance to have dinner with some former neighbors, Bill and Casey, who had moved back to Florida a number of years ago. It was fun to catch up with them.

Lethea and Les Travel (or Life in Camelot). Sunday, May 31, 2009. It actually started way back in Texas and is now a full blown case of it! We usually only travel about 200 miles a day, but the last couple of days have been long ones. We've had a wonderful adventure and feel very blessed to be able to have this life. We're excited to be back home and reconnect with our friends. We are, however, already planning our trip next year to Shelby's graduation from the United States Air Force Academy in May!

After leaving Yuma, we headed a bit farther south in Arizona to the little towns of Ajo and Why, just north of the Mexico border. Ajo is a town of about 3,700 people and Why is just a dust spot along the road with an Indian Casino. It really does beg the question Why?
