My Adventure with Crohn's. Sunday, January 25, 2015. Learning to Love Myself. Yet again, my blog has fallen a little bit to the wayside. I guess this is what happens during the school year; I get so busy with my classes that I don't even have time to blog. Well, despite how busy I am- and despite the fact that I should probably be studying right now- I have something weighing on my mind, and I feel obligated to talk about it: self-esteem. Aug 2012; just 3 weeks before. I was hospitalized with the flare.

My Adventure with Crohn's. Friday, July 18, 2014. The first thing I noticed is the lack of abdominal pain. I actually forgot that it was a thing to not have a tummy that always hurts or that it was possible to go days without taking any prescription pain meds. The pain was always my biggest complaint with active Crohn's, and to actually say that my pain level is a zero feels really freaking good! Add to that that the pain in my joints is gone, too, and I'm a happy camper! So far, it all seems great!
