Sunday, May 29, 2011. Ride, Drive, Sleep? Repeat - 24 Hours from Oceanside to Arizona. Ride, Drive, Sleep? Repeat. Emphasis on the question mark after "Sleep"! Team Learning4Life and our amazing crew met at 7 am at the parking lot of Arrowhead Christian Academy this past Saturday, packed up two motor homes and two support vehicles and then left for an epic 24 hour training ride that took us from downtown Oceanside, CA all the way across the border of Arizona in preparation for the Race Across America.

Monday, January 17, 2011. Weekend Workouts 1/16 and 1/17, 2011. Rick Nichols joined the "Ride Yourself Fit" group for a 60 mile ride in Palm Springs this weekend. Very windy and he said he started cramping up at mile 55 - tough ride in preparation for the Tour de Palm Springs in mid-Feb. Tony Wilcox completed a 36 mile solo ride from Redlands to Calimesa and back. Had the rear tire blow out at mile 21 and had to change a tube and limp back. Saturday, January 15, 2011.
