Team N2N Rides the Rockies. Sunday, June 10, 2012. Today, we rode 79 miles into 25-30 mph headwinds from Gunnison to Hotchkiss. After a 25 mile climb, we had a nearly 35 mile downhill. We climbed 3970 feet, but also descended over 6,000 feet. Headed to Carbondale tomorrow, with a 6.45 mile Category 1 climb. There are others, but that one will be the worst.
