How You Can Help. What We're Up To. The Noah Foundation was started in 2011 by Bettina and Dwayne Goscinski after losing their son to CHD (Congenital Heart Defect). Our aim is to help families spend more time with their child, while also making ends meet at home. Team Noah Foundation is an 501c3 not-for-profit charity.
