I have been comfortably a 12 for 2 months or so, but I tried on a 10 in 2 pairs of pants (no 12s) and they both fit. Monday, March 13, 2006. So, the other day I was sick of Points. I'm okay with them today. However, I have to say I'm so sick of my regular foods. Grilled cheese? So, I think I need some new options. I might actually have to cook real food, this could be an issue. Tonight I am planning a baked potato for dinner. I have 8 points left. I had 1/2 a cadbury egg today. Well no, that's a lie. I ate just the inside. I am counting it as 2 points. Oh, what a waste! It was pretty ooey gooey yum yum!

Wednesday, March 15, 2006. Back, frustrated, but moving forward. Even if I am below my points, maybe I'm eating too many carbs? I live on coffee with splenda. Maybe it's artificial products? I can't figure it out. Perhaps a little cleanse will put some things in perspective for me.
