Thursday, October 28, 2010. Beach and Tide Pools. My sister from Arizona met us and hung out with us for a couple day. We all headed to the beach for the day. It was a cold day, but we had fun in the sand. We also made the local NBC News. It has been such a cold summer they were running a story on it. They interviewed my brother-in-law and got a close-up of Chase. Here is pics of the reporter filming us. We also ventured to some tide pools. The waves were gorgeous and the kids had fun catching crabs.

Reinventing the umbrella stroller. Camden discovered if he tips the stroller over he can use it as a recliner. Doesn't look too comfortable to me but he doesn't seem to care. Smile, you love us! Friday, April 27, 2012. SO I made Mexican Lasagna for dinner and it was A-mazing! So I thought I'd share:. Sauce: 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, diced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. Simmer these in a sauce pan with a TBsp olive oil until soft. Add 2 cans diced tomatoes. 1 can diced green chiles. A handful of cilantro, chopped. If you like meat you could add probably 1 lb of hamburger or ground turkey then I would add a Tbsp ketchup. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and enjoy!
