Next time, I'll cook it a little less.I like a crunchy exterior;however, this was almost a little too much for my taste. In lieu of the dutch oven, I used an enamel roaster. Jet lag coupled with extreme laziness and having to travel to Ottawa last week.well.the last thing I wanted to do was.well.anything. I did volunteer with a build for Habitat for Humanity and I got in a round of kayaking.so I feel like a little less of a slug. 2 cups mashed kidney beans. 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder. 2 minced cloves of garlic. 2 tbsp olive oil.
