Tuesday, August 4, 2015. 3/4 cup of chicken breast. 1/2 cup brown rice. 1 cup of mixed greens (I used kale, spinach, and red chard). 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce. Season chicken breast with Adobo then coat each side with a tbsp of BBQ sauce. The BBQ is here to give it a nice coating but without over doing it like many other unhealthy recipes. Tip!
