Log book for the Tachyon sailing team. January 7, 2007. We sailed the second race in the south sound series yesterday. It was a relatively quick trip from Des Moines to Duwamish Head and back. The photo here is taken on our way to Blakely Rock. Here is the whole photo set. In other news, the top 25 boats. Were announced in the last issue of 48 north. Shaun, Jay, Kathleen, Ian, Jon, Dustin, Katherine, Jamie, Charlie, Derek and me went for an early morning race on the first center sound series race of the year — CYC’s Blakely Rock. Log book for the Tachyon sailing team. March 19, 2007. Here are some photos for our St. Patty’s day trip down Colvos passage and back, as part of the Islands Race. Most of the photos are from an easy and breezy delivery down to Gig Harbor. A few are from the initial downwind leg of the race. The weather turned wet and cold upwind, and the photos stopped.
