Just Another Day In Paradise. Monday, August 16, 2010. By Thursday night our excitement was bursting. I was so prepared. You could tell by the 70 pound hiking pack towering above my head. We were given two rules. Number one: Don't die. Number two: Don't go to jail. With that wisdom safely tucked in our minds, we set off for our adventure. In DC we were given one boarding pass. When we inquired as to where the others were for our 2 connecting flights we were told that we would get them in New York....

Jun 16, 2009. Mia Lynn Castagna came into the world on June 1st, 2009. She weighed 7 lbs even and was 19 inches long. She is such a joy and we are blessed to have a healthy girl, eventhough I was so sick. But, I am glad to report that I am feeling much better and Troy and I are enjoying our little girl. Jun 12, 2010. It was so relaxing to be able to spend Christmas morning at home! Mia didn't know what to think on her first Christmas, but it was fun helping her open up all of her presents. Here she is with all her new toys and clothes. That afternoon, we headed over to Nana and Papa's house for a wonderful dinner. It was a great Christmas! Shes such a doll!
