It has been a dull week for the most part so we were excited about this. The kids had a great time riding horses and trains and digging for gold. Thursday, July 16, 2015. We started out this week with his 2 week checkup. Everything looks good and he is 9 lbs 1 oz so he has been packing it on! When Joey looks at me his eyes change from a stare to an "I know you" look and he looks with much focus. He is very attuned to sound, though it doesn't wake him up yet (thankfully! He loves listening to Tessa and Dane talk and sing. He can lift and turn his head towards sounds when he is on his tummy. I think Joey resembles baby Tess. July 19, 2015 at 12:29 PM.

Tuesday, July 28, 2015. This first month with Joey has been so much fun. He is still very mild and sleeps so well. Occasionally we have hard nights but it hasn't been a problem because they are rare, he isn't screaming if he's up at night - he just wants to play or poop a million times - and I have been continuing to be serious about getting enough sleep. Joey is starting to lift and turn his head when he's on his tummy and likes to find his hand or arm - and particularly his thumb! 160; It is so cozy.

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Beautiful downtown view at the Padres game. So bri has seen jake give colt blessings, and she thought she should do the same :). We had a wonderful little get-away to San Diego over the weekend. Jake and I were able to go to the temple together while my cousin's family watched our kids. That temple is absolutely beautiful, and it was so nice to be able to go together and feel the spirit. It was the perfect little family weekend, and we love creating memories together!
