Monday, July 23, 2007. For those of you who don't know this about me yet, I love travelling and seeing the world. But I hate long haul flights the swollen feet resulting, and the jetlag. Once I'm there, I'm fine. It's a bit of a love-hate relationship, really. The news is that I am about to head off to Central Asia at the end of the year, with a team of nine other people from church. I had a good swim, for me anyway, completing it in 17:25, jumped out of the pool and ran around the car park to my transition point. In the end I did an ok time for me of 1:37:05.
